Alfa Omega TV is a Christian media work, founded in 1994, with a wide interfaith opening. Our main goal is to carry out a mission through the media, to reach Romanians in the country and abroad and to have an impact on the Christian community in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
Working behind the camera, at a desk or in front of a computer, creatively using television, the Internet, and new media techniques is as significant a form of missionary work as a traditional missionary work. Alfa Omega TV does mission through the media.
Since 2010, Alfa Omega TV channel has been on the Romanian Audiovisual Authority (CNA) list of must-carry programs for cable operators and is among the top 25 most-watched TV channels in Romania.
Alfa Omega TV was rebranded for the first time on July 8, 2016. Also, the format became a full 16:9 aspect ratio.
